AHLS reserves the right to change the scheduled cleaning contractor and or the cleaning day and time.  AHLS will attempt to notify the client in a timely manner of any changes to the schedule.  Permanent change to the cleaning day will require approval from the client.  In the event, AHLS and the client cannot come to an acceptable agreement concerning the cleaning day and time, the contract will be terminated without penalty to the client. 

Clients are requested to go to the AHL s office to make any changes i.e. cleaning days, billing set up, time of appointment etc.

Clients are responsible for notifying AHLS as any deficiency in work within 24 hours of service refunds will not be given if the service is offered.  AHLS will re-service your home at the earliest appointment time.  If the service is offered and declined by the client, No credits will be granted. 

Clients may cancel this contract with verbal notice to AHLS with no penalties within the first 72 hours of signing an agreement, thereafter 30 days written notice is required for cancellation of service.  If 30 days notice is not given one month’s revenue will apply.  Client Service Agreement Renews Automatically Every 30 days.

A $30 fee will be charged for all return checks and declined credit cards.

AHLS reserves the right to cancel service at any time. Any pre-payments for service not yet rendered will be reimbursed to the client within 7 business days.

Late Payment Policy: A $35 fee will be applied to the next billing statement if payment was not received by the scheduled date. Accounts past 30 days will be charged additional late fees for every month at $35.00, and services will be put on hold until the account is current.  AHLS reserves the right to collect past-due accounts

Payments are due by the 1st of each month, unless prior agreement has been made with AHLS.
